Jeremiah Jossim is a multidisciplinary artist whose practice speaks to a reverence for the North American landscape, but also questions the history of recreation, tourism, and exploration in the United States.
Jossim earned an MFA in Painting from the University of Florida in 2023. He received his BFA in Photography from Savannah College of Art and Design in 2010. He has participated in residencies at the Wassaic Project, the Ucross Foundation, and the Hambidge Center. His work has been published in New American Paintings and Impact Magazine. In 2024 he was awarded a grant from the Elizabeth Greenshields Foundation.
